Comprehensive Association records are maintained and regularly updated to ensure operations efficiency and chronological integrity. Some administrative services are listed below:

Owner records management

Corporate records management & retention (minutes, resolutions, proxies, insurance, contracts, etc.)

Counsel and advise the Board concerning generally accepted industry standards

Place and keep in force all forms of insurance needed to adequately protect the association

Coordinate and administer insurance claims on behalf of the Association

Administer the enforcement of the provisions in the Declaration and by-laws, and rules and regulations

Record & transcribe minutes of meetings

Develop and implement procedures for application, review, and approval of architectural modifications submittals |
